1. Senior / Project Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
The candidate will be a part of a top-tier team. He/She will liaise closely with the business development team and finance team to develop highly customized and cost effective solar solutions. The candidate will also play an active role in building strategic relationships with stakeholders in the sector all over Europe. Experience and creativity are required, as well as the ability to manage growth within a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Responsibilities will include: 
 -  Attending site qualification visits to collect information needed to complete the design and permitting of large-scale solar electric systems; 

 -  Investigate different legislation in Europe regarding solar opportunities and exploit these opportunities by using and building local partnerships. 
 -  Assist in overseeing and executing the permitting, incentive, and interconnection processes; 
 -  Working with a variety of technological partners and coordinating procurement of panels, inverters, racking, wiring, and monitoring systems; 
 -  Support management in negotiations, preparing investment reports for internal approval and project financing purposes, etc.; 
 -  Perform preliminary financial and technical analysis of solar energy projects to provide a first screening; 
 -  Conduct due diligence on all contract documents and risks to ensure projects meet financing and technical criteria;
 -  Work with Project Development team to negotiate project documents with various parties (PPA, EPC, O&M, supplier, etc.)

Requirements:
You must be passionate about the renewable energy business, be willing to work hard and enjoy the fast pace of an early stage company with tremendous growth potential. In addition, you must possess:
 -  Master Degree in Business Administration / Economics / Finance / Engineering or any related discipline; 
 -  Proficient in English (both written and spoken), other languages are a plus; 
 -  0-3 years experience in professional working environment (preferably in the renewable energy sector); 
 -  Accurate, communicative and able to work under stress; 
 -  Strong commitment to succeed and possess and entrepreneurial spirit.

2. Junior Accountant

Our mission is to provide the world with clean energy. Our aim is to be the most important partner in investing, developing and operating renewable energy projects, currently solar. As our solar activities in Europe are rapidly growing, we are currently looking for someone to assist us with all financial aspects of our company and our solar projects. In this role, you will cooperate closely with our head office in Beijing and other European branches. We would like to enforce our technical team with a junior accountant.
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
In this position your duties and responsibilities will, among others, include:
 -  Data entry in online system with Accounting firm and tax authorities;
 -  Monthly reports required by Tax Authorities;
 -  Assisting with the preparation of the financial reports.
 -  Payroll;
 -  Invoicing;
 -  Expense and budget reports;
 -  Execute cash and bank mutations;
 -  Maintaining contact with foreign colleagues in terms of cash flow and invoicing.

Requirements:
 -  Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting;
 -  Fluent in Greek and English;
 -  Knowledge of Chinese language is a plus;
 -  1-3 year¡¯s experience in banking and/or project financing work (preferably in the renewable        energy sector; strong focus on solar PV);
 -  Accurate, communicative and able to work under stress;

3. Electrical / Technical Engineer

As our solar activities in Europe are rapidly growing, we are currently looking for someone to assist us with the engineering aspects of our solar projects. This technical team has recently been set up and cooperates closely with our head office in Beijing and other European branches. We would like to enforce our technical team with an electrical/ technical engineer.

Duties & Responsibilities:
As part of the team of PV System Integration, the Engineer will play a critical role in the development of PV systems design and engineering platform, as well as be responsible for designing, engineering and implementing large-scale (>1MW) solar PV systems. Experience working through all technical or electrical aspects of solar photovoltaic system engineering is considered an advantage, including hands-on performance of:
 -  Solar site assessments and feasibility analysis;
 -  Making cost-effective technology selections; 
 -  Developing AC electrical system designs for thin film;
 -  Developing structural designs for thin film;
 -  Overseeing the permitting, incentives and interconnection processes, performance testing,    inspection and certification, and ongoing maintenance and operation.
 
The candidate will join a top-tier engineering team. He/She will liaise closely with the business development team and finance team to develop highly customized and cost effective solar solutions. The candidate will also play an active role in building strategic relationships with manufacturers and integrators. Considerable experience and creativity in solar photovoltaic are required, as well as the ability and maturity to manage growth within a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Responsibilities will include:
 -  Technical management and oversight of each phase of solar project development within a specified timeframe; 
 -  Attending site qualification visits to collect information needed to complete the design and permitting of large-scale solar electric systems; 
 -  Designing cost efficient photovoltaic systems, and creating professional CAD drawings including diagrams, structural designs, electrical designs, and system sizing; 
 -  Overseeing and executing the permitting, incentive, and interconnection processes; 
 -  Working with a variety of technological partners and coordinating procurement and supply of panels, inverters, racking, wiring, and monitoring systems;

Specific job skills:
 -  Proven ability to simultaneously manage numerous complex solar development projects, each involving multiple suppliers; 
 - Outstanding technical, organizational and people skills;
 -  Sound judgment and attention to detail; 
 -  Excellent working knowledge of project design & management software;
 - Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise initiative; 
 -  Desire to play a key role building an innovative clean energy company; 
 -  Understanding of solar photovoltaic technology and design.

Requirements:

 -  Master degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline; 
 -  Preferably 3-5 years working experience in performing design and execution of solar electric installations on commercial scale installations; 
 -  Knowledge of designing with low/medium/high voltage equipment; 
 -  Experience in PV Thin film industry doing designs or project management is considered a plus; 
 -  Solid experience & a detailed understanding of primary utility-scale power components; this will include their reliability, performance, & cost characteristics/trade-offs;

4. Senior Lawyer / Legal Counsel

As our solar activities in Europe are rapidly growing, we are currently looking for someone who can assist us with the legal aspect of our solar projects. Besides the legal support we get from our head office in Beijing, we are currently setting up a legal team in Europe. We would like to enforce this team with someone who has specific knowledge of European legislation and contract law.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support for all aspects of the company's business, including general corporate matters, project development, finance and operations;
  • Drafting, negotiation, review and finalize of various corporate, real estate, commercial, construction, project development and financing transaction documents and contracts that are related with renewable energy projects. Legal documents like EPC, O&M, SPA, Term Sheet, LOI, MOU, NDA, PPAs, but also cooperation agreements with developers, installation companies and rooftop/land owners are essential for our work anywhere in Europe. 
  • Assist in the preparation of investment reports for internal approval and project financing purposes; 
  • Work with Project Development team to negotiate project documents with various parties. 
  • Work will include, among other, drafting, negotiating and finalizing all documents that are related with renewable energy projects. You will do this in cooperation with the Project Development team.

Requirements:

  • Law Degree from a Greek University;   
  • 2-3 years experience in drafting and reviewing corporate documents and commercial agreements; 
  • Strong work ethic, high integrity and a genuine interest in renewable energy; 
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); 
  • Master Degree in Corporate Law is a plus;
  • 2-3 years experience in EU project financing work, preferably in the renewable energy sector (strong focus on solar PV) is a plus;  
  • Knowledge of the Chinese language is a plus; 
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
